Suzanne Cayton Berns died on Thursday December 17, 2009 at 6:05p.m. at the age of 69 at home.
She was born February 15, 1940 to Hal C. and Evelyn Cayton of Salisbury, MD.  She was married to Bernard J. Berns on June 8, 1963. He survives. Other survivors include three children, James C. Berns, Paul A. Berns and wife Cheryl, and Molly R. Berns all of St. Louis, MO, one brother, Dennis Cayton of Norfolk VA, six grandchildren.
She was an avid quilter and active in VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 5553.  She lived her life to the fullest and will be missed by all.
There will be a remembrance celebration for family and friends to be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice of Wentzville, MO.
