Irene Boudinier age 90 of Bowling Green passed away Friday January 22, 2010 at the Country View Nursing Facility in Bowling Green.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green, with Rev. Bob Hoehn officiating. Burial will be in the Siloam Cemetery near Bowling Green. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She was born August 18, 1919 in Flint Hill, the daughter of Gottlieb Paul and Mary Elizabeth Duello Sachs. She married Artie Boudinier in New Hartford. He preceded her in death in 1978. Survivors include one step-son Terrace Boudinier of Bowling Green; three step grandchildren Bucky Boudinier, Linda Jacobson and Ferrell Boudinier; many nieces and nephews including two caregivers Vernon Sachs and Buddy W. Feldmann both of Bowling Green. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters Wilfred Sachs, Melvin (PeeWee) Sachs, Anna Feldmann and one step-son Wayman Boudinier.
She moved to Bowling Green in the 7th grade where she lived and farmed the rest of her life with her husband. She was a member of the Ashley Community Center and a member of the New Hartford Baptist Church. She enjoyed mowing the lawn, farming, including work with cattle, gardening and embroidering.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Coates, Clint Coates, Bill Lovelace, Derrick Feldmann, Darren Feldmann and Scott Craig.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Siloam Cemetery.
