Donna Gosnell age 58 of Bowling Green passed away Saturday September 15, 2007 at her home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green with Fr. Louis Dorn officiating. Burial will be in the Ashley Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
She was born November 9, 1948 in Ashley, the daughter of Gordon and Lillie Ann (Miller Grote) Cohea. On November 12, 1966 at St. Clement Catholic Church she married Dale Gosnell. He survives. Also surviving are her father Gordon Cohea of Bowling Green; one son Gene Gosnell and wife Melinda of Bowling Green; two grandchildren Cole Jensen and Shae Gosnell both of Bowling Green. She was preceded in death by her mother Lillie Ann Cohea and one brother Ronnie Gale Grote.
Mrs. Gosnell was raised and lived in the Ashley area all of her life. She attended the St. Clement Catholic Church. She had worked as a homemaker and a bank teller for Community Federal in Martinsburg, then Martinsburg Bank, MCM Bank in Bowling Green and then a loan processor for Central State Bank in Bowling Green where she retired. After retirement she did tax preparation from her home. She enjoyed riding her 4 wheeler, traveling, being with friends, Christmas but most of all being with her family.
Serving as pallbearers will be Larry Orf, Brad Orf, Chad Henderson, Billy Mudd, Roy Sisson and Donald Counts.
Memorials may be made to Pike County Home Health and Hospice or to Ashley Cemetery.
