Barbara Jean Lotz age 71 of Frankford passed away Wednesday January 23, 2008 at her home.  As she requested her remains were cremated.  No services are being held. 

She was born June 22, 1936 in St. Louis, the daughter of Henry and Lila M. Drown Ifland.  She married Norman Lotz and he survives.  Also surviving are three daughters Sherri E. Gibson and husband Dan of Florissant, Debbie L. Shryock of Wright City, Judith A. Hoffman of Florissant; nine grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. 

She lived and worked in St. Louis County until moving to Frankford 18 years ago.  She had been employed at Hussman Refrigeration in St. Louis for many years.  She enjoyed fishing and boating.

The Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green is in charge of the arrangements.
