Stephen B. Mueller age 83 of Curryville passed away Monday January 25, 2010 at Country View Nursing Facility in Bowling Green.

Funeral services will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green with Fr. Bill Peckman officiating.  Private burial services will be held at the Bowling Green Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.

He was born March 19, 1926 in Bowling Green, the son of Ben and Martha Bunten Mueller.  He married Olive O. Cox.  She preceded him in death January 26, 1986.  Also preceding him in death were two sons and one daughter who died in infancy.  Survivors include two caregivers Larry Shaw and Debbie Bufford both of Curryville.

Mr. Mueller lived in the Curryville area most of his life.  He was a Catholic by Faith.  He was a grain farmer all of his life.   He worked at Harbison-Walker Brick Plant for a time, Bowling Green Elevator for many years and owned and operated Mueller Garage and Store in Ashley.  He collected old cars and sold parts from them.  He enjoyed fishing.
