Wesley Stephen Orf

Wesley Stephen Orf age 25 of Bowling Green and formally of Vandalia passed away Saturday February 24, 2007 in Kinder, LA. 

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 28 at the First Christian Church in Frankford, MO with the Rev. Richard Epperson officiating.  Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Frankford.  Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green

He was born January 4, 1982 in Hannibal, MO the son of Dennis Dwayne and Lisa Gail Winner Orf.  Survivors include his father Dennis Dewayne Orf of Frankford; mother Lisa Gain Winner of Vandalia; fiancé Amanda Allen of Bowling Green; two sons Gage Cole Graves of Martinsburg, Jackson Stephen Orf of Bowling Green; one daughter McKenna Noel Orf of Bowling Green; two sisters Destiny Nichole Willis and husband J.R. of Vandalia, Janelle Elaine Orf of Vandalia; maternal grandparents Sam and Judy Winner of Frankford; nephew Lathyn Stephen McMorris of Vandalia and niece Aubriana Willis of Vandalia.  He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Frances and Helen Beshears, Oliver Orf; two uncles Leon Winner and Ronnie Orf.

He grew up in the Frankford area and attended grade school in Frankford; he attended middle school and high school in the Van-Far school district.  He participated in football and graduated from Van-Far High School in 2000.  He enjoyed all sports including golf, football and baseball. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Wes loved his fiancé, his family and spending time with his children.  He was a friend to all.

Serving as pallbearers will be Travis McDonald, Timmy Scott, Dee Wheeler, Derek Thompson, J.R. Willis and Donnie Chatman.  Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Ashley Garnett.
